Ming-Jinn brings years of experience as an intercultural expert. Born of Taiwanese parents and raised in the US, navigating culture and diversity has always been a daily challenge and privilege.

He listens deeply to understand your world and helps you develop a healthier intercultural community.

Ming-Jinn has added to his life experience through:

  • Completing a BA in Intercultural Ministry at Moody Bible Institute

  • Becoming a Certified InterCultural intelligence facilitator/coach

  • Training as an Intercultural Development Inventory Administrator

  • Developing a specialty consultation firm helping companies connect better across cultures

As an amateur chef, Ming-Jinn likes to equate culture with a good meal. He loves everything about culture. The flavors, the textures, the colors, the sights, the smells. He sees culture everywhere and is eager to engage with it.
