Nearly 30 years ago, I started a journey that sparked a lifetime of leadership and intercultural learning. It began with a move from the US to France to pursue graduate studies, and eventually staying for 18 years - working for a non profit and raising a family cross-culturally.

Since that time, I’ve continued my leadership journey, including:

• Serving as a Vice President for a global non-profit

• Completing a Masters in Linguistics from a French University and a Masters in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary

• Raising 3 kids cross-culturally

• Becoming a Certified InterCultural intelligence facilitator/coach

• Co-Authoring the book Changing Her Story

• Developing multiple online and in person learning programs for leaders

Across those experiences, I’ve learned that when people are prepared with the right tools and training - it paves the way for clear communication, creativity, thriving teams and impactful leadership.

Today, I’m passionate about equipping leaders and teams to be agile through understanding themselves and each other better.

There has never been a greater need for teams and individuals to be equipped with training and resources that empower them to navigate a diverse world.
